Last week I shared 2 badges I've been awarded in the Daily Activity Fitbit group. These were visible in that Fitbit group as I got some cheers and comment notifications. Yesterday I shared a post with my Fitbit friends & again had comment notifications.

 

However when I checked my own profile on the App yesterday none of these recent postsare visible to me which is very odd.  According the my profile my last post was sharing a Goal Streak trophy 59 days ago, again in Daily Activity group. I know I have shared a few posts since then but they're not there.

 

Why can't I view my recent posts on my profile like I always used to be able to? I tried rebooting my Charge 4 device & disconnecting from Bluetooth & reconnecting. Any other suggestions would be welcome. 

 

(Apologies if this is the wrong thread to post this question in, I wasn't sure which was best.)

@Wexford_Lass Have you tried uninstalling the Fitbit app from your phone and reinstalling?

I asked a Fitbit friend of mine to view my profile & he said none of my prior posts were visible, I've been posting to Fitbit for 18 months so that's very disappointing. Anyway I uninstalled & reinstalled the Fitbit App as you suggested. I also unpaired my Charge 4 watch & re-paired it to my iPhone. Now I can't see any of my previous posts either although they are still on Fitbit as someone cheered a recent post this morning. Just I can't see them any more & nobody else can either. 

 

I am going to try posting something new today to my friends as a test. See if it shows up on my profile.

The same thing happened to me.

All of my posts in the past 3 years since I have started using Fitbit disappeared from my Profile Page post history on Wedesday Feb 9,. 2022.

It stated with 3  recent posts not showing up in post history.  Customer service told me to log out and then log back in. Then all 60-70 posts from last 3 years disappeared. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled app.  All old posts still gone. 

I am extremely upset about this, and there is no help forum or customer service to address this. 

If you have any resolution, please respond.
