I get kicked out of app when I try to open my profile

Earlier this week I updated my app & started having some issues with notifications on my Charge 4.  I looked at everything I could on my watch & wanted to verify what I had turned on through the app, but every time I try to access my profile I get kicked out of the app.

I have rebooted the Charge 4 a couple times and the same with my phone.  Please let me know if there is a fix for this.
