Hi: I can't believe I have to go through all of this again. MY altaHR is working great. For some reason I couldn't get on my iPhone through my fitbit app. For hours no luck at all. All of a sudden It opened for me. However, they now think I'm someone new, instead of someone who has been here for about 4 years. This has been so frustrating - Please, Please help - thanks Myra ( I just want to add I'm in charge of the challenge "workweek hustle" I now I can't get back there )

Sounds like your email was changed. If you can get in then change it back and please use a stronger password.
If you cant get in then contact support. Use the help link at the top of the forum
