I bought the fitbit aria recently and it is working well ( other than sometimes gives different readings if I weight myself 2 or 3 times) that is working well and syncs with the fitbit app However...
I just upgraded from an iPhone 7 to the iPhone 8, the fitbit app is pulling data from the myfitnesspal fine and catching food and water intake however...
Prior to changing phones the fitbit app was tracking steps fine, however since I switch phone it shows I have taken no steps at all for 3 days now.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app but to no avail still no tracking of steps
Also if I remember correctly when I first setup the fitbit app there was an option under setup a device to select none and it setup somehow the Mobile track which I think was getting the steps info, however in one of the things I was trying to get the steps working Mobile Track seems to have gone
How can I get the fitbit to use my iphone to track steps or pull that info from the Iphone health app or myfitnesspal App?

Also when I used the workout app on my apple watch and recorded some exercise such as 1 mile walking, the fitbit app would capture that as an exercise on the fitbit app but it is not doing that anymore

Hi @Tattoodjay - when you open the fitbit app, is "Mobile Track" listed as a device? If not, try to install it by clicking the "set up device" link at the bottom of the devices linked to your account. If it is, delete it and then try to reinstall it.
If "Mobile Track" is not installed AND not on the list of devices that are available to install when you try to "Set up a Device" let us know. I would test it myself, but alas, I've only got an iPhone 7.
