I've been looking everywhere for this, Is it possible to make my got bit at random times say "do 10 push-ups" or things like that? I really need it to do this. Using "Fitbit Charge 2"

@GACB  At this time, there is not any way to program messages into the tracker.

Try this: Set up a series of recurring calendar appointments on your phone with the messages you want at the desired frequency. Make sure your notifications are set to "ON" for the calendar appointments to be sent to your Fitbit.

Another option outside the fitbit: If you're on the computer throughout the day, I recommend the program RSIGuard which will remind you to take breaks, and can give you stats about your computer use, stretch suggestions, etc. It gives you the option to set up reminders called "ForgetMeNots" that pop up at random intervals for microbreaks, and you can program in whatever messages you want, which could be reminders to do certain exercises.
