IOS 4.41 does not render hourly activity and steps histogram

iOS app 4.41 display of hourly activity appears blocked from rendering. Display frame is constantly blank, though the hourly step completion sub-display does show dots for each hour. 
Also steps histogram for day, week, month and year are also blocked with only spinner showing.
