With the latest IOS update, the Fitbit app on my phone has quit syncing altogether. For YEARS it hasn’t synched my stationary bike time, but now in Fitbit’s quest for perfection, it no longer syncs steps, shows calories burned, or tracks active minutes. It is an inert lump.
If Fitbit’s goal has been to produce an exceptionally bad, utterly useless piece of equipment, they’ve done it. Thanks guys. Your craftsmanship is impressive.

Agree totally. I have had all my historical Alta data dumped back to zero and lost all settings four times this year. No reason. Nothing special happens. I just loose it all. I then have to delete and reinstall everything and start again because it won’t log steps each time without doing this.
Such an unnecessary and totally frustrating issue for people who are trying to achieve meaningful life goals. I have an I phone so I presume it is associated with the regular IOS system updates ? Can anyone at least explain this, as Fitbit dies not appear willing or able to help as all I get is referral to self help forums!!!!!
