I can’t log any new activities on my mobile app. I tried to log out and restart my mobile and I have the same problem.
i can’t look for any activities. If I type « running » nothing appears in the option.
Any tips?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:
If the issue persists and you're using Apple iOS 13 or higher, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. You can confirm the steps to log your activities in How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
