I read that messages automatically delete after 30 days but I have messages over 30 days that are still there. I deleted my app, deleted them as a friend, still there. I can’t delete them from the desktop site either, they don’t even show up. How do I get rid of these ? Why is there no delete option ?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that our team is currently aware of this situation and is working towards a proper resolution. Keep in mind that it's not possible to delete messages from the Fitbit app for the time being, however I would like to suggest you to check @rubyrune's suggested idea to implement this feature in the future. Feel free to add your vote and comment, this is the best way to make your voice heard.
