Incorrect “time in heart rate zones”

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Looking at the breakdown of my run it claims I spent 16 minutes in my peak zone, 11 minutes in cardio, and 1 minute in fat burn. However, looking at the heart rate graph just below this bar chart it looks like I spent almost the entire run in the cardio zone, with just a few minutes in the peak zone. I think the graph is correct and the bar charts for the “time in heart rate zones” calculates incorrectly. Very unfortunate because this would be most valuable information.

This has been affecting me for the past few days too, apparently I've been in the peak zone for 4.5 hours today and in the cardio zone for over 12 hours. LOL, no way!

Restarting hasn't fixed anything. Perhaps it's a glitch with the last update?

Don’t think it’s related to a recent app update, this has been a problem for me looking back as far as Jan 2019. I have iPhone SE (2020) with the latest iOS.

Ah, maybe that's our issue. I also have an iPhone SE with the latest iOS, but my issue only began about a week ago.

I agree this is a major flaw with the app and it is very important information for training. Is fitbit team planning to fix this bug?

Is this IOS app specific issue?
