I purchased a new Inspire 2 around Sept 28. I updated my iPhone to iOS 15 Oct 3, and am regretting it! I’m no longer getting text and call notifications on my iPhone. I’ve read through previous threads and double-checked Notification settings, etc.
Inspire 2 firmware is up to date; I did that when I initially set it up. I’m considering deleting and reloading the Fitbit app or doing a Bluetooth disconnect/reconnect.
Thoughts other than never upgrade to a beta version of iOS again??? 🙂

@RadarGirl Thanks for your response.
I appreciate for trying the suggested instructions. Please note that for now I don't recommend removing the Fitbit app. For now, please double check the following settings on your Inspire 2:
1. Open the Fitbit app ► Tap the profile Icon (at the top left)
2. Tap Inspire 2 and then tap Notifications
3. Turn off all your notifications
4. Force quit the Fitbit
5. Go to settings, find Bluetooth and turn it off about 10 seconds and then turn it back on
6. Tap the blue i next to your Inspire 2 and make sure that Share System notifications option is ON
7. Go to the Fitbit app and turn on the notifications, sync the tracker and see if it is able to work.
Catch you later.

Welcome to the Community Forums @RadarGirl.
I appreciate the details shared on your post and for trying some troubleshooting prior posting. Let's try to work on this together, so please follow the instructions as below:
1. On your phone, tap Settings →Bluetooth → the information icon → next to the name of your Fitbit device → Forget This Device.
2. Turn off Bluetooth
3. Restart Inspire 2. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
4. Turn on Bluetooth
5. Open the Fitbit app and set up Inspire 2 as new device to refresh the connection:
6. Once this process is complete, set up the notifications again. See Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for responding with such detailed instructions. Unfortunately, this is still not working when I call my iPhone from another phone.
The only thing that differed with your instructions is within the Fitbit app. From the Today tab, I don’t see a profile picture. I tap on an icon that represents the Fitbit device, which takes me to a menu where I can Set Up a Device. I ended up Removing the Inspire 2 and repeating the Set Up process.
What about removing the Fitbit app (yes, and losing my data), then downloading the app again? I would do it if it would help!

Hi. I found this post and your instructions corrected my issue of not receiving any notifications text/call from my iPhone 13 with IOS 15 and IOS 15.2.1. I had it originally all good when I purchased my new Fitbit back in Dec 5, 2021 then it stopped. I can relate to the frustration over the convenience of the notifications for call and text notifications when my phone is on vibrate for work. It took me a while to find this post but glad I did. Wanted to post to help others if the are having the same issues. Thanks again. 😁
