My Inspire 2 will NOT stay connected to my I-phone Bluetooth.  Software is up to date.  This is an ongoing problem which is the main reason I canceled my Premium subscription.  Please give us a fix!

Hello @Karen322

I “might” be able to help. I’ve had a similar problem in the past. My issue was that I was trying to enjoy the Fitbit App on both my android phone and my iOS iPad. Both devices work amazingly independently with my Fitbit watch but because I had my watch connected to two separate devices I battled with constant syncing issues because the two pairing were conflicting with each other. If that’s the case with you try using just one device and completely remove the Bluetooth connection to the other device.

if that’s not the case maybe doing a fresh pairing to your Bluetooth might help. Here’s how:  First log out of the Fitbit App then On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > then tap the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device. Next tap  Forget This Device. Now log back into your  Fitbit App and try to sync. You should receive a pop up asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair

Let me know if this helps. 😃 Happy Stepping!
