On 23 Oct the zone minutes and heart rate functions on my inspire 3 stopped working. All other functions OK. Any ideas?

@TonyM2314 A feature is the Inspire 3 is that it can be worn on a clip as well as on your wrist. If the device is in Clip mode, heart rate measurements and other metrics that depend on heart rate are disabled. To check whether your Fitbit is in Clip mode, swipe down from the top of the screen on the main watch face of your device. Scroll down and if you see "Clipped on body" tap the screen and change to "Worn on wrist".
