Inspire HR stopped syncing with iPhone

Hi my Fitbit inspire HR will no longer sync properly with my iPhone, I’ve over 17,000 steps on my Fitbit but only over 1000 on my Fitbit app on my phone, help me please it’s driving me mad

I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hi tried a few times to connect my Fitbit to my phone again it gets about
three quarters Of the way & then says something went wrong & says Abort ,
don’t know what to try next

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. If your tracker is not paired to your Fitbit account, please try the following:

 

  1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Restart the tracker by following the steps from this help article.
  5. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture, tap Set Up a Device.
  6. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
