Inspire HR won't show text notifications

My inspire won’t show text notifications from my iPhone. Just bought it. Followed set up and everything correctly and even removed from Bluetooth to reset it.

I am sorry to hear you don't receive text messages on your new Fitbit Inspire HR from your iPhone. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to assist you.

 

It’s important that you carefully confirm your notifications settings on your iPhone. Please follow all instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones. Please also make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

Hi Liliya,

 
I have tried all trouble shooting and even paired
And unpaired with Bluetooth. I also don’t have any Updates with Fitbit.
 
I also have not updated to IOS 13.5 yet.

I am sorry to hear the issue persists, I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. To further investigate, please confirm if you don't receive notifications at all or you have the issue only with text notifications?

I appreciate the information and would like to confirm if you have text previews turned on on your phone settings in order to be able to get your notifications to come through for texts? Which messaging app are you using?

Yes I do have all notifications on and I’m using my standard iPhone messaging system.
