Help my Imspire Fitbit won’t sync to my phone. The Fitbit just keeps saying “www.fitbit/setup”

That message suggests that the fitbit has become disconnected from your account and you'll need to go through the setup process again to reconnect it. On the main dashboard page in the app, select your profile image at the top left and then select "set up a device"
