Internet permission

A day after I set up my Fitbit on the watch Home Screen it has an X and says this app requires the internet permission to be granted but I have no idea how to fix it

Hello @tiffany.champ 

I would try restarting your Fitbit to see if that resolves the issue. Look here to see how to properly restart your particular Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

If that doesn’t resolve the issue then the next step I’d try is this: 

To set up your Fitbit as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile at the top left corner of the screen, then scroll down and tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your Fitbit tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, choice replace it and continue with the process.
  5. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.
