My ionic clock is 30 minutes slow, I have tried resetting time zones, full factory reset and software updates but clock is stubbornly staying at 30 minutes slow. How do I fix?

Hi, @CinderBear , this sounds like a sync issue. If you go to your app and click on the Ionic icon to take you to the screen where you can force a sync you can check when it last synced.
if your Fitbit is not syncing you can try following the instructions here . If you continue to have difficulties please post again letting us know which steps you have tried and what phone/ tablet / device you are using to sync your Ionic. There is always someone here to help.

Hi Julia, Thanks for responding but I tried that previously, but now seem to have a new additional problem that I can’t reconnect my phone to my Ionic (I have temporary switched to using an Inspire2) Even with power lead in and after restarting Bluetooth the Ionic connection process times out.
