Ionic Fitness app is no longer showing any activities

I have been trying to do the update to OS 3.0 and now I don't see any activities in the Fitness app one the Ionic itself.

Having similar problem. Can’t find elliptical or stairstepper- used to be there, now can’t log.

Hello @julie_popi and @LEHI, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you for more specific information about this situation. Are you not able to see certain exercises in the "Exercise" app in your Ionic? If that's the case, you can personalize the exercises you're able to see by going to the Fitbit app > Account > Ionic > Exercise Shortcuts. Tap on Edit to remove exercises (you can only have 7 at a given time) and then tap on "+ Exercise Shortcut" to add the ones you want.

I have activities logged to my app but they do not show up on my Ionic Exercise icon.

I click the Exercise Icon and it refreshes and go right back to the same face.

On my phone app I have several activities chosen.  I even tried to add new activites and that did not trigger it appearing on the Ionic itself.

I did re start my Ionic 2 times and that also did not fix the issue.
