My New Ionic (few days old) is not showing Zone minutes in the front screen. If you click on it the minutes are registered on next screen. I’m an experienced user. Am using most up to date software version on watch and iPhone. Should also mention that the minutes do show on Windows 10 laptop version. Please help, want to get resolut on my new watch.

@maureen.b You say that the zone minute page shows zone minutes. A screenshot of that will help. It will show the discrepancy between the two pages. (Moderators love screenshots when helping users.) Are the zone minutes correct when you look at the Today stats on the Ionic screen?
I can explain the difference between your phone and your Windows 10 screens. The Fitbit app for Windows 10 hasn't been updated since 2019. It is programmed to show Active Minutes, not Active Zone Minutes. The web dashboard has the same issue. The newest Fitbit devices are optimized to work with the phone app. There are tiles on the phone app, like the Health Metrics, that aren't on the Windows 10/web dashboard, either. The newest devices must be set up on an Android/iPhone. It is unlikely that the Windows 10 app or the web dashboard will be updated. Just one opinion.

Thank you for taking the time to respond and help me. I’m sending a screenshot of the info that was behind the ‘0’ Zone minutes shown above.
I appreciate the info regarding windows 10. Thank you.

@maureen.b This looks like this issue is more an app display issue, not an Ionic device issue. I am going to move this thread to the iOS forum. You might get more help there. As a fellow iPhone user, I am not having this same issue.
Also, my first troubleshooting step is to delete the app, restart my phone, then re-download the app. Please update this thread if the situation persists. I can flag the thread to get a moderator's attention.

Thank you. I thought that was a good suggestion so I immediately deleted the app and reinstalled. Sadly didn’t work.
I’m hopeful to hear useful suggestions from the iOS forum.

Just a quick update. I don’t think my issue is an app display one after all. I should explaining. I am on my second ionic. The last one was replaced by Fitbit.
I checked through my dashboards prior to receipt of the replacement watch and discovered that the Zone minutes tile was working fine. Would you have any other suggestions I could try? I am on IOS 14.6 (18F72) Fitbit version 72.19. Screenshots below of previous dashboard and todays’s dashboard. Many thanks.

Sadly this did not work. Just to be sure I did it a few times. I even deleted the app and reinstalled. Seem to have exhausted all options.

Thank you for the update, @maureen.b.
I am sorry to hear the issue persists, thank you for your efforts. Just to confirm, do you see your active zone minutes on the watch itself?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Good morning, yes the zone minutes seem to register well enough. Good breakdown reporting is detailed behind the zero til on the front page. Two screenshots below as examples of yesterday’s readings.
