Was updating the ionic, when it got caught in a serching cycle...cant do anything with in. It has been searching for the past hour.

Mine is stuck in the searching cycle as well. I did try all of the items on the troubleshooting page, but hasn't helped. My watch will only show the Fitbit icon now. VERY frustrating.

Second support call today - Now Support tells me my phone is not compatible with FitBit - it is just a new Morto-Z, so I guess I'm stuck where I am. REALLY disappointed - especially because their 'solution' was to replace my phone or buy a tablet.
Gist of the call - too bad you bought our product., it won't update.
