Ionic doesn't connecting properly to bike exercise.

Ionic doesn't connecting properly to bike exercise and it doesn't show properly distance. Normally i have like 9 km  but now it showing 0 km or 1.3 km or some other distance all it does keep 'searching.........'.

Any ideas what it is wrong with it?

The "searching" notice (at least on my Versa 2) is telling you that the device is having problems connecting to your phone's GPS. It was a reported and repeatable occurrence pre 3.24 release of the iOS app.

So, three questions - 

1. When you say "bike exercise" you do mean outdoor biking, correct?
2. Is your iOS app release at least 3.24?
3. Have you considered using the Ionic's internal GPS?

Thanks for reply.

Yes i do mean outdoor bike and before I didn't had any issues and now its shows me connecting (it keep searching) or NO GPS found.

I updated my Ionic to the latest update and checked if GPS connected so everything is connected as it should be and still have this issue.

Can it be the problem with device?

I think you may want to visit the Ionic board to see if others have the issue and if they have been able to resolve it.

Not having an Ionic, but a Versa 2, I can only, for the most part, ask searching questions, not necessarily answer them.
