We are all aware of the current compatibility issues between Fitbit and IOS. I’ve done everything we have talked about as far as updating the app, deleting and re-downloading, etc. my ionic still does not function fully. I’ve had Fitbit products since the company first started and am truly disappointed they are unable to resolve this issue for us. I’ve been delaying getting an Apple Watch but feel I may have no other choice if Fitbit doesn’t get this figured out.
