Since yesterday my ionic will not sync with my iPhone I reset my ionic and it was fine for a few hours now it won’t sync again is there any one that can help me

Hello @Anddebs, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and let me know you've already tried the troubleshooting steps I've mentioned earlier without success.
At this moment, as your Fitbit device is still not syncing I would like to suggest you to set it up as a new device to reset the connection between your device and your phone. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.
To set up your device again:
