Ionic not syncing

I have been having trouble getting my Fitbit Ionic to sync to my phone. I only ever get it to say “looking”. If it does connect it will not stay connected for more than a few seconds. I have done everything it says in the trouble shooting and none of it works.

And now it doesn’t even keep the time. Uninstalling the app didn’t work either. Such BS
