Ionic not working after updating OS.

I just updated the iOS and it seems it also just killed my Fitbit ionic! I’m very upset since it’s just over a year old and I use it almost everyday. What?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Would it be possible to elaborate a bit more about this situation? More information and details will be very helpful for us to check this further. In the meantime, please restart your Ionic by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
