When I press on any of the Fitbit icons for example “I want to see what kind of sleep pattern I’ve had” or “I want to check my heart rate” etc nothing is happening. Tho the categories are not grey out, they behave as tho they are. Looking for help to solve this plz x x

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Chummy50 @Polly10.
Thanks for the details shared in your posts. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- If the issue persists, uninstall/delete the Fitbit app from your phone. After that re-download the Fitbit app and sign back in.
By the way, I've moved your post to iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps!
