Hi All,
Trying to use the fitbit app to relay my steps / activity information to my company sponsored health website.
Problem when doing the following:
Select: "Set up a Dvevice"
Select : No Fitbit Yet? option
Select : Set Up Your Fitbit Phone
and the following error is displayed...
"Oops! An unexpected error occurred. Please try again in a little while. If it continues please report it at help.fitbit.com. Please reference error id: 6CA2DD4E:CC32_A92D916C:01BB_570E931E_7A025D92:5A98"
I have tried a few times. I got this error when i went through initial app set up as well.
Thanks for any guidance and help!

Hi @BobSnyder85 and welcome to the Community!
I would recommend restarting your iPhone and then try setting up MobileTrack on your phone again.
If the problem persists for some reason, I would then recommend the following steps:
1. Log out of the Fitbit App.
2. Force quit the Fitbit App by: rapidly double tapping your iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and then swipe up to force close.
3. Reopen the App, log in, and then setup MobileTrack.
Hope this helps!

Best AnswerI tried a few hours later (of course while showing someone the problem) and it worked right away.
Thanks!
