I deleted app over the weekend and now can't download it. I press the cloud next to it and it shows a circle like it is about to start the download process and then it switches back to the cloud.

@Kmonf01 Welcome to the Community!
Have you tried rebooting your phone and then re-downloading the Fitbit App?
I'd also recommend making sure that you are either connected to the internet via wifi or mobile data.
Lastly, if you are still unable to download the Fitbit App for some reason, can you provide what type of iOS device you are using and which iOS software version you are running (ie iOS 9, iOS 8, etc)?
