Can i connect my blaze to link with my iPhone health app?

To answer your question, the Fitbit Blaze can only be paired and it only syncs with the Fitbit app. I understand how important this might be for you but Fitbit trackers are unable to sync with other apps other than the Fitbit app and at the moment it's not possible to link both the Health and Fitbit apps.
