Hi @Janvanthoog. Fitbit has a forum where we may post suggestions for new features. I checked and someone has already posted the suggestion to make the Dutch language available. Tap here to see it and vote to add your support for the idea.

Hello @Janvanthoog, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's always nice to see you around @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@Janvanthoog, I appreciate you have brought this to our attention. As @SunsetRunner mentioned earlier, Dutch language is currently not available in the Fitbit app. Please feel free to vote and comment on @Roodster's suggested idea. This is the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention from our development team.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

It is in Dutch now but I already noticed a spelling mistake.. Fat burn zone is spelled as ‘ververbranding’ while it should be ‘vetverbranding’

Please change it 🙂

Hi everybody.

@Linfon85 I contacted our specialists and can assure you the Fitbit app is not currently available in Dutch.

Could the spelling mistake may be due to the translate function on your device?

I honestly have no idea how I would have done that.. My Fitbit-app is in Dutch since the last update.. My Versa watch was already in Dutch for a longer time.. My location is set to The Netherlands and behind that it’s written that the language is English, but it’s not..

Thanks for the update @Linfon85.

Since we still haven't released the Fitbit app in Dutch, there won't be any option to fix the spelling mistake you reported. If any update related to the topic is available, it will be communicated as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

If the Fitbit app hasn’t been released in Dutch yet, how does the localization occur? Perhaps it’s an error with the OS? Do you know if the issue also occurs on other OSes?

@Susi775 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

This is actually not an issue. The localization will occur once the GPS on your phone is activated and you have the Fitbit app installed. It will detect the language of your phone and based on this, it might be shown on the same language depending on the availability.

Keep on stepping.
