Hello @Moxey thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. Note that you can only receive Whatsapp notifications on devices that have the option to receive app Notifications such as the Blaze, Ionic, Versa and Versa Lite, Charge 3, Inspire and Inspire HR. This option is not available on other devices.

If you have any of these devices, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your Device > App Notifications and the any app from where you have received a push Notifications in your phone, will appear on this list. Enable the apps of your choice.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I received a msg through WhatsApp to my phone then went back onto the
Fitbit notification settings and WhatsApp appeared on the list then I just
clicked on it to receive the notifications but previous to receiving a msg
on my phone whilst it was synced to the Fitbit device it wasn’t on the list
if that makes sense

Thx. It does make sense!! I will try tomorrow again, it still doesn’t appeal in the list

UPDATE:

I switched the Bluetooth of and on and then the apps appeared in the screen and the messages get through to the fitbit.

I've tried the following - go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Your Device > App Notifications and turned on those whom I want to receive the notification from such as whatsapp, telegram, twitter, fb messenger, instagram, etc... but yet I still received none on my fitbit watch.

Did anyone managed to get it working? Please share!

Would be good to get this working as in today's day and edge as most don't use sms anymore... Thanks!

And how did you do that? Receive a message in whatsapp. I mean I’ve been receiving messages in whatsapp but still the whatsapp tab in app notifications is still not appearing
