From the daily food in take list, I can see daily cals in to cals out view and weekly cals in view based on an average.
Is there something similar for exercise too? See how much calories are burned on a weekly bases with exercise?
I do a combination of Strength and Treadmil. So for example if I burn 300+250=550 a day, is there a view where I can see total calories burned for the week is 550x7= 3850
This is because I can compare my daily in take to out take.
