Can my new Versa be connected to both my iPad Pro and my iPhone 6s. Currently my Versa only syncs to my iPhone. Thank you.

@Rockdog071851 Hello, and welcome to the forums.
If you receive Notifications from your iPhone on your Versa, then there is a tight Bluetooth bond between your Versa and your iPhone. If you want to sync with your iPad, then Notifications need to be off.
With respect to your iPad, iPad "Pro" encompasses three generations of devices. Not all are listed as fully compatible. Check out the list here. I also want to make you aware that there is no separate Fitbit app for the iPad. You download the phone app to your iPad. This is a source of aggravation for many users. The app is optimized for the phone in portrait orientation and most screens do not rotate. iPad users who have keyboards have a landscape orientation and the experience can be annoying.
I hope this helps.

Hello @Rockdog071851, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @LZeeW, thanks for your insight about this situation. ![]()
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharign your experience with us. Please note that your Versa can sync with several devices, however as @LZeeW mentioned, if there's a Bluetooth link between your Versa and 1 device, the others will have a hard time syncing. To prevent this, go to the iPad Bluetooth Settings and remove the Versa from the list of paired devices. Then open the Fitbit app on your phone and sync it.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know in case you need anything else.
