Issues in Syncing Charge 6

Issues with syncing charge 6 getting worse.

1) Charge 6 gets stuck syncing, to fix restart watch 2 to 3 times if that doesn't work then remove the charge 6 from the app on the iphone, reboot the watch again.  Add the watch back into the app and attempt sync, you may need to restart the watch another time.

I'm having to remove and readd the watch 2-3 times a week.

NOTE: The suspended sync prevents any other devices from sending data (i.e. the fitbit weigh scale stop syncing as well.  Once the watch syncs then the scale works fine.

Since google took over this watch is getting worse.  I'll likely never buy this watch series (fitbit) anymore.  I'll find something that is not as expensive, has less issues and actually works.

I agree, I recently got the charge 6 and switched to an iphone and now I have less features than my old charge 3 with an android! syncing takes a long time and notifications take a while to appear and it no longer has the calendar which was useful to have on my watch. My favourite feature was the map when I go for walks but that now doesn’t work with my iphone!

having same issue for awhile with my Versa 3. When I pull down to sync the sync line goes across very fast & doesn’t sync. Very frustrating. It seems to happen more often in the morning. I have done the whole forget this device & readded & didn’t work. It was working for a few days & now back to problem.

Same with my charge 5 stopped syncing I’m sure all of us has contacted customer service so they are aware of syncing issue yet they do not fix. Looks like I will be getting the apple watch .

Given your replies it would seem that the issues are on the watch side and not just with the app.  My previous charge 3 and charge 4 needed to be restarted once a week otherwise it would have issues with swiping to select things.  I reported that a few times and it was never fixed.  Restarts became the go to fix.  I'm beginning to think they want to ruin the fitbit line and hope that everyone goes over to the pixel line of watches.  It is sad when companies buy up a competitor wreck the product to get adoption of their line.  Much as I don't like the clunky apple watches they (google) leaves me no choice.  When this fitbit dies or I get frustrated enough to take a hammer to it I'll be looking for something non google.

Currently restarts of the watch and then using aria for weight allows both the sync.

Google/Fitbit team get your act together.
