Hi @aja0108, welcome to our Fitbit Community. We haven't received reports about this issue. However, please make sure that your phone is running the most recent Fitbit app version.
If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, try to log calories with the bar code again and see if the issue gets fixed.
