Hi I'm having issues with the Fitbit App following the latest update.
1. The sleep data is taking ages to appear; it looks like a flat line for ages after a morning sync.
2. A friend invited me to join the GoalDay challenge and a weird screen came up that I'd never seen before with no images or text apart from 'play' and 'ignore'. I clicked 'play' and nothing happened. Tried to access the request from the generated e-mail and it just took me to the Apple Store.
3. App generally taking ages to sync and is slow and sluggish.

At this moment, it seems the app is taking a long time to sync the information with our servers which is why I would like to suggest you the following:
