Issues with the Fitbit app.

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I can't log water, shows up as 0 oz. no matter how much I log.

I can't submit comments in challenges (they disappear)

When I log calories, the calorie intake total seems to be correct, but my food log disappears-can't see what I've entered

None of my friends in the community section are showing up, as in it is telling me I have no contacts or anything

I can't search the food log using cellular data (I used to be able to do this).

The list continues to grow. I have restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled, closed out of the app and reopened it and nothing has fixed it.  What gives?  Anyone else having these issues??

UPDATE:

Also, I have a notification, but when I open it up....it tells me I have no notifications.

Thank you for letting me know!

If it helps, I finally figured out that these issues occurred when I was
not connected to WiFi. Once I found WiFi, then it seemed to resolve just
about everything. So the main issue is the app not connecting to cellular
data.

Thank you again!
