It’s been 6 years since Dark Mode was first requested

How technologically challenged and/or customer-irreverent must the Product team be to not have implemented such a basic feature that is available on every other app across all platforms? And that too after repeated requests every year from customers. The user experience with Fitbit is just awful. The customer support is absolutely useless. Fitbit is making a very compelling case for us to move to Apple iWatch.

It's just absurd that they haven't done this. Nearly every other app I use on a regular basis has it. Ridiculous that something as high-profile as Fitbit doesn't.
