@JuanFitbit I just downloaded 4.27.1 and still has no history since Aug 26. Every day is still a zero for steps. This is now been 6 weeks (42 days). Any possible idea when the programers are going to get this fixed? Is it possible to just release an older version of the app that works?

Yes. Excellent idea. How about restoring the Windows dashboard? Google, I used the Windows dashboard for over TEN YEARS. Not one single time was there a problem. Not one time. The current app is utterly useless. Google, I KNOW you have personnel who could fix this problem in short order. But, you're not doing it. Why? Why should I not conclude therefore that you are doing this on purpose? Deliberate and will full. Why?
Google...Fix the app, and fix it now. At a minimum, how about some honest and substantive information about what is going on?

I have the same experience … zero for steps, floors, distance shown in the app since 26 August. Bring back the web dashboard until the app works, as the data are useless if you can’t access them. There seems to be no communication to let us know when there will be a fix for what has been broken.
