Hi, @Memery8 it sounds like you need to sync your Fitbit.  Please click on the person photo/icon top left on the opening screen of the app, and then click on the picture of your Sense.  Try clicking on “Sync now”.

If that doesn’t work, I find the quickest way to force a sync is to log out of the app and log back in again, but make sure you know your Fitbit account email and password.  If that doesn’t work please see this help article for troubleshooting a Fitbit that won’t sync.

When you sync your Fitbit the time should update.  It also is worth checking to confirm that your timezone is correctly set in the app.  On the opening screen of the app click on the person photo/icon top left and then scroll down to app settings.  Check your timezone.  If it is incorrect turn off auto timezone and set it to the correct zone.  Be sure to sync your Fitbit when you make any changes in the app.

When you say your Sense is not showing your heartrate, are you referring to in the app or on the Sense itself?  If it is in the app then a sync, as mentioned above, should fix this.

If you are referring to the Sense itself, are the green lights flashing?  If so and you are not seeing heart rate, please try wearing your Sense a little bit tighter and perhaps a little higher on your wrist.

If the green lights on the back of the Sense are not flashing, I would recommend shutting down your Sense and restarting it.  You can do this using the settings app on your Sense.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the Community Forums!
