Lifetime weight loss badge not showing up in app so can't share

I received my 15lb lifetime weight loss badge a few days ago, but the only place it shows up is on the web dashboard. I didn't get an email (have checked spam folder) and it's not showing up in the ios app (have restarted app and restarted phone), so now I can't share it on facebook.  Any ideas?

Hi @berrier and welcome to the Fitbit Community!

For clarification, are you able to see your badge on the iOS App when you: click the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > click the tile with your name on it at the top > and click the Badge Collection button?

If you see your badge, you can follow the instructions here to share the badge.

No, that's the problem. On my iOS app under badges, I have two sections called "Weight Goal"; one shows the -5, -10 loss badges, and the other shows a "weight goal met" badge. I'm not seeing any lifetime weight loss badges at all, not my new one or the previous ones.

I'm having this problem, too.  I earned a 40lb. lifetime badge today, but I can't share it or save it as a photo.  I got the email, but the image was blank.  There are no lifetime weight badges in my app, and when I go to my dashboard and see my badges, I can't do anything with them.  This one was a big deal for me, and I really wanted to at least save the image.

Same issue here!  My phone app shows the weight goal badge but not the lifetime badge.

I am having the same problem... I earned the -110 pounds lifetime badge and cannot share it!

cannot share it from my Android device, or my webpage dashboard 😞
