Hi, @Emma4236! I would suggest trying to go in and disconnect the two accounts on the Fitbit side and then reconnect them. For some reason, when you disconnect on the mfp side, it doesn't seem to take. If that doesn't work, I would suggest getting in touch with mfp support and seeing if they can help.

Hello @Emma4236, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's great to see you around too @MakMak, thanks for your input about this situation.

@Emma4236, as @MakMak mentioned, please unlink your Fitbit account from your MFP account and them linking your new account.

To unlink your accounts:

  1. Go to My Applications on the Fitbit website.
  2. Search for MyFitnessPal and click on Revoke Access.
  3. Go to MyFitnessPal site and log in.
  4. Click on the Apps Section, search for Fitbit and click on Disconnect (in case you're able to see it).
  5. Log out from both MFP and Fitbit.

After this, wait for 15 minutes and go back to MFP site > Apps and under Fitbit tracker click on GET. After giving MFP to access to the Fitbit data and viceversa, please chek if they are now syncing correctly.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted!
