Anyone know why the Charge 2 doesn’t show the heart rate on my fitbit app for my iPhone or iPad Air?

Hello @Bandaranaike, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to ask you to enable All-day Sync on the Fitbit app by going to Account > Charge 2 > All-day Sync. Then, force-quit the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. Open the app again and start a sync by pulling down the screen, once released, the sync will start and while the tracker is syncing you will be able to see the live heart rate.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @Bandaranaike, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
If you're getting a message that your phone and your Charge 2 need to pair, please tap on Pair on the same pop-up, this is necessary for your tracker to establish a connection with your phone. If you're not able to see the Pair button, please take a screenshot of the message you're receiving so I can check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
