Hi, I've spent all afternoon trying to get my fitbit charge 4 to work as a heart rate monitor. I've got it working on the fitbit itself, but don't see any way to display it on my phone, which would be quite useful while exercising. I've followed the steps in the previous post, but the only live option on my phone appears to be the resting heart rate, which is not what I am looking for. Ideas?

Hi @MarcoSandalo. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand how helpful it'd be to see your live data and just to confirm, do you have the Bluetooth enabled during your exercise? Please note that it's required to have the Bluetooth enabled so your tracker can remain connected and the Fitbit app can display your real-time data.
That being said, I'd recommend to try the following steps:
By the way, I've moved your post to the iOS App board to keep our forums organized.
