Hi there @MarieCrie and @Tflan. Let me give both a warm welcome to our Community. I recommend to make sure you have the most recent version of the Fitbit app for iOS. The most recent version you must running should be 2.28.
To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:
- Tap the Account tab.
- Tap Help. You'll see the app version at the top of the screen
If you have this versions I recommend to force quit the app:
1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app.
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes if the issue persists.

HI there @MarieCrie, thank you for letting me know you have the latest version. What about the force quit I recommended before? were you able to try these steps?
I was thinking that perhaps you have your Dashboard set on a different country. After I replicated the scenario on my own Dashboard, is not giving me any trouble to log spinning, but when I changed locations to a different country the same exercise is not available.
Note that for some countries still are not available some of the feature of the Dashboard. So one of my recommendations is to change your location to US.
You can find this option on the Fitbit app by going to your Account Tab, scroll down until you find the option of Advanced Settings. Tap on Country and you can change your location.
Hope this helps and let me know if you need more help.

Hi there @MarieCrie, I'm glad to hear changing locations helps to resolved this issue. I had a hunch this was going to help you to log your exercise.
Don't forget to visit our Discussion boards and if you need more help, you can find me around.
