Self explanatory title. In the app, on the hourly activity page, second graph at the top (when you left-swipe on the hourly activity graph). For the past week or so, it has periodically not worked, but then it did work again. Last night it disappeared again and has now NOT returned, for hours. I chatted with customer support who could not fix the problem. Anyone else encounter this, and solve it?

@shmal You are describing an app display bug, not a device issue. Do you use Android or iPhone? This post can get moved to a better fit forum, where it will get the attention it deserves.

@shmal I am moving this to the iOS forum. I don’t know if this is a new bug in the app or not. I hope it gets fixed for you soon.

👋😃Hello everyone
I’m an iOS user as well and experiencing the same issue. Running iOS 15.5 and have the latest Fitbit App version 3.60. It most likely a App bug affecting iOS users as I see it as a growing issue. Steps I’ve taken to solve the issue include logging out of the Fitbit App, force shutting the app, restarting my mobile device and logging back in failed to fix the issue. Reinstalling the Fitbit app also fails to fix the problem.
The Fitbit moderators do monitor this site and I’m sure they will see our post.
In the mean time make sure your Fitbit App is updated as well as your mobile app and post what steps you tried and what didn’t work as it could possibly help narrow down the issue for troubleshooting. Hopefully the problem will be addressed quickly.
Update: I installed the Fitbit App to an Android device to verify it affecting iOS users only. The longest stationary period appears absolutely normal. So, definitely just iOS users.
I also tried removing the tile from the Today page on the Fitbit App, (iOS) logged out, restarted my phone. Logged back in, synced my tracker and added my tile again and still failed to fix the issue

Having the same issue. Additionally, my longest stationary period and hourly steps are completely out of whack. It includes periods with auto-recognized exercises. 🙄 For my hourly steps, it shows up fine on my device, but it doesn't register with the app. Today, I thought it got sorted after it seemingly synced. When I checked an hour later, the stationary period got extended and the previous hour's step goal disappeared.

Just want to bump this. Original post was 5 months ago, and my graph still looks like theirs. On iPad iOS15.6. I can see longest stationary period data for individual days, if I tap into each day, but that doesn’t make it easy to see patterns across time.

Hi,
Since the 14th or 15th May I have been unable to see the graph for longest stationary period on my app. I have been alright with it but since about a hour ago I cannot see the graph for number of steps (which has been answered here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Graphs-show-quot-no-measurements-quot-instead-of-data/m-p/52...). Is this a known issue with the iOS app cos its really irritating!

Has this been resolved? If so, I have apparently missed the fix. I have the sense and I haven’t had a measurement for my longest stationary graph in so long I don’t remember what it looks like!
