“Longest stationary period” graph (last 7 days) is not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Self explanatory title. In the app, on the hourly activity page, second graph at the top (when you left-swipe on the hourly activity graph). For the past week or so, it has periodically not worked, but then it did work again. Last night it disappeared again and has now NOT returned, for hours. I chatted with customer support who could not fix the problem. Anyone else encounter this, and solve it?

Hey @LizzyFitbit, is this bug still on anyone’s radar? It was reported 9 months ago and it doesn’t seem to ever have been fixed. The “Longest Stationary Period” graph in the iOS app is still just a blank graph, as shown in the original post.

I’m a new-ish Fitbit user (since December), and I was just checking out some of the tiles I hadn’t explored yet and came across this broken graph. When I googled it, all I found was this thread and another one (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Cannot-see-longest-stationary-period/td-p/5272796), saying the graph has been broken since last May. It seems like a pretty simple bug to fix, but I guess maybe it was at the bottom of someone’s to-do list and slipped through the cracks?

They seemed to have changed it a bit but still miss the original. Always hoped they fixed it as miss the stair counting also

I can see mine but it’s wrong! I just sat down after going to the basement, coming back up with leaf blower,  going outside and blowing debris off my deck. Came back in and synced. It thinks I was stationary during all that time?! This new streamlined  app sure isn’t working well!

@vee   I have v. 3.80 and mine isn't fixed.  Can you post a screenshot?

It’s saying something isn’t permitted when I try to send my screenshot (error 22- 9 ?) and then an error about post flooding when I tried to change it!

This old Charge 2 review has an image of the longest stationary period graph.  I decided to include the whole article because the Charge 2 is/was a great, reliable tracker -- a blast from the past moment.  My daughter still wears her Charge 2.

Hi it’s been two months since your post and over a year since this issue has been reported. Is there any fix for it? Or any updates or information?

I came across this thread after noticing the longest stationary period graph was not populating on my iPhone. It looks like this has been an ongoing issue for several people for over a year. What is being done to resolve this issue?

Best Answer

I was gifted a FitBit Luxe in May (2023) and the graph has NEVER worked for me on IOS. I review almost all my stats daily and I have NEVER seen a populated graph for this data. If you're not going to resolve this issue, at least remove the view from the app? It's so frustrating knowing the data is there and I cannot see it.

OMG!   TOTALLY AGREE!  -Makes FitBit look really bad as long as this has continued unresolved.  Not sure why they've not just removed the screen.
