Since last update of iOS, my Surge is being disconnected. Does anyone know what is going on?
Thanks!

Hi @Paulo_Monteiro

If not already done, feel free restarting the phone & the tracker.

Restart the tracker

Hope it helps

Hi,
Thanks for your comments. Please find below what I have already done:
- restarted the iphone- restarted the tracker- removed the tracker from the app- removed the tracker from the bluetooth- added the tracker to the app. Took soblong but suddenly happened.- to have the Bluetooth recognizing the tracker is something that was working just before the iOS update. Now the tracker or the iphoone (i don't know!) does not hold the bluetooth connection.- when I try to sync, the app reads "Looking" and never updates.
Thanks for your attention and support!

I have exactly the same problem - ever since the iOS update the bluetooth either keeps dropping or won't connect - tried everything you did plus plugged in adapter to computer to try there - gave an error message that sync was interupted by an unknown error - so not sure it is the iOs causing the problem but it is INFURIATING!  My next step is to call FitBit!

Thank you @Paulo_Monteiro , @J.E.

Have moved this thread from the Surge to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution as it gets more attention here.
