Losing GPS tracking connection with iPhone 8

Hi all,

I have had a Versa 2 for 4 months which worked perfectly and tracked walks and runs (showing the map and pretty accurate data in the app after the session).

I had to swap my watch for a new one on warranty last week due to the band failing. I set the new watch up as per the previous. Now when I walk or run the distance is very inaccurate (3km shows as 2.3km) and there is no map data showing in the app. My step count results seem pretty consistent with the previous watch as well so I believe it may be a GPS communication issue.

I have updated both fitbit and IOS to the latest release with no difference in performance.

Any ideas?
